2008 Exhibitor Opportunities


Exhibit Facilities:
Exhibits will be located at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Exhibit Floor Plan:
Exhibits will be surrounding the meeting rooms on the second floor.  The exhibits will be in the corridor

Exhibit Booth fee:
$ 5,000 (limited to 18 exhibitors)

The following services are included in the booth rental fee:
One booth sign 7" X 44" listing company name and booth number
Two registrations per each exhibit space contracted
Booth area is carpeted
Logo  advertisement in conference program book
Includes all food events for the two exhibitor staff members

NOT included in booth fee:
Audio-visual equipment
Electrical and phone service
Furniture rental
Installation and dismantling
Janitorial service for booth space
Security of individual booth
Other services as outlined in the Exhibitor’s Service Manual

Application:
50% deposit at the time reservation and the remainder within 60days of the conference. Companies will receive invoices upon assignment of space. Booth space is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Government agencies should return the contract with a purchase order for the full amount; those agencies unable to do so must submit a letter of intent to Airport & Seaport Police via email to tschorling@usportpolice.org.

Cancellations/Downsizing:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Companies will not be considered canceled until they receive written confirmation from the conference administrator. All cancellations received on or prior to May 1, 2008. All cancellations received after May 1, 2008 will be 100% financially liable for the total booth space cost. Companies cannot sublet their space to other companies. An Exhibitor may be required to move to a new location if it requests a downsizing of space.

Exhibitor’s Information:
Complete instructions and information regarding additional booth furnishings, utilities, shipping and freight handling will be sent to exhibiting companies approximately 45 days prior to the show.

Terms and Conditions:
Please refer to the terms and conditions link in the space selection tab (located along the left side of the web page). By requesting space, parties are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions of the Port Police Conference. Terms and conditions will also be available in the exhibitor kits.

Housing:
All exhibitors housing will be available online beginning March l5, 2008. Check the port police conference web site at www.usportpolice.org.
